Invasive Specialist (ARRT, RCIS)**

Candidates for SCRQSA certification should complete the Application for Certification.  Check the appropriate category of certification, sign the application, submit the $50 certification fee and all accompanying documentation.  You must include a current copy of your ARRT, NMTCB, ISCD or RCIS certification if applying for those categories. 

*Please note, if you are registered in CT and are currently certified in Radiography with the SCRQSA, we are not issuing additional CT certificates.  The CT certificate for the SCRQSA is specifically for a Nuclear Medicine Technologist who becomes registered in CT.  SCRQSA is also not issuing Nuclear Medicine Technologists separate PET certifications. 

If you are a recent graduate of a one- or two-year program, you will need to supply a copy of your certificate of completion or graduation or a letter from your program director stating that you have completed the program and are eligible to sit for the state board or national registry.

Candidates applying for recertification should complete the Application for Recertification.  Check the appropriate category of certification, sign the application, submit the $50 certification fee and all accompanying documentation.  You must include a current copy of your ARRT, NMTCB, ISCD or RCIS certification if applying for those categories.  If applying for limited certification, you must submit copies of the completed continuing education as required.  For additional information on CE, please visit the Continuing Education page. 

A $10 late fee will be applied to any recertification more than thirty days late.
